Grant Eligibility: -Cannot have more than seven (10) employees that are low and moderate income. -Must not be part of a national chain, franchise or have city liens or code violations. -Must not have received a CRA commercial grant, Green Rehabilitation grant or SBA grant in the last five (5) Years.
